This past week on June 25, Luff had its annual Summer Family BBQ! Every year the Fasoli family organizes a fantastic company BBQ for their employees and families and every year it seems to get bigger and better.
Holding company events such as this one has been an important part of Luff tradition for many years. Although these events are always focused on having fun and usually enjoying some delicious food, the overall outcome is much more than one great day. These events promote the building of personal relationships, strengthens the ties to the company, encourages employee engagement and ultimately creates a happy, positive corporate culture across all departments. As with many companies, there are several departments that don’t necessarily interact often through daily business activities, these events help facilitate and support those interactions.
