Luff Industries Ltd. warrants that the products it manufactures are free from defects in material and workmanship, when used under normal operating conditions.
The duration of this warranty is 24 months from the date of delivery, or 4,000 hours of operation, whichever occurs first.
If a defect is found to arise from manufacturing, the customer must notify Luff Industries Ltd. in writing, within 30 days from the date of failure before proceeding with repairs or returning the product.
Luff Industries Ltd. will correct any defect in materials or workmanship by repair or replacement of the defective product.
Luff Industries Ltd. shall not be responsible, under any circumstances, for more than the cost of repair or replacement of the defective product.
Non-compliance of the above conditions can void the warranty and Luff Industries Ltd. will not be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing the product.
Luff Industries Ltd. products may not be returned without prior approval. Any and all expenses incurred in the return of product shall be the responsibility of the customer. Returned product is subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.
Prices shall remain in effect for fifteen (15) days after the date of quotation. Otherwise, prices are subject to change without notice. On approved credit, payments are due 30 days after the invoice date, unless otherwise arranged.
Orders can only be cancelled before production is started, otherwise charges for costs incurred will be applied.
Customers may request changes or additions to the products consistent with Luff Industries Ltd. specifications and criteria. In the event such changes or additions are accepted by Luff Industries Ltd. there may be a revision to the price and delivery schedule. Luff Industries Ltd. reserves the right to change design and specifications for product without prior notice to the customer, except with respect to custom made products.

All shipments will be shipped F.O.B. Luff Industries Ltd. freight collect, unless otherwise specified in the contract. All claims for lost or damaged product occurring in transit, after pick up by the freight carrier, must be handled by the customer directly with the carrier.
Luff Industries Ltd. products are provided with only those safety devices identified on the invoice. It is the responsibility of the customer to furnish appropriate guards for machinery parts in compliance with the applicable regulations.
