Our sophisticated and advanced roller technology uses a patented polymer endcap design and can include the high moisture seal deferring contamination such as moisture and dust. All of our idlers meet or exceed CEMA standards and come with a 2-year warranty; Luff Industry quality is unmatched.

Luff Industry Idlers
1. CEMA B Idlers:
- Available in 4” and 5” diameters
- The entire shell is dipped before assembly to prevent corrosion from inside
- Idler assemblies meet all CEMA standard dimensions
- Rollers are built with a 20mm shaft and bearing, instead of the 17mm industry standard
- Very low roller runout (TIR)
- Suitable for light to medium loads and applications
2. CEMA C Idlers
- Available in 4”, 5” & 6” diameters
- The entire shell is dipped before assembly to prevent corrosion from inside
- Idlers meet all CEMA standard dimensions
- Very low roller runout (TIR)
3. CEMA D Idlers
- Available in 5” & 6” diameters
- The entire shell is dipped before assembly to prevent corrosion from inside
- Idlers meet all CEMA standard dimensions
- Reinforced frames with a flat bar running the length of the angle iron and gussets on end plates are standard on CEMA D Impact Idlers
- Very low roller runout (TIR)
4. CEMA E Idlers
- Available in 5”, 6”, 7” and 8” diameters
- Steel Endcap and Triple Labyrinth Seal
- Standard High Moisture Seal & Anti-lock Shield
- 6308 Bearing
- Oversized Shaft-Turned Down to 40mm
- Standard and customer rollers available
