Who we are
Luff Industries is a Canadian component manufacturer that distributes conveyor components to an international market. Our head office is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada where we have been working for over 38 years. We are a leading conveyor component manufacturer, who have been recognized for our top-quality products, quick turnaround times, and exceptional warranty. The Luff Family
Luff is a family run business that was established in 1979; we began as a small business and have now grown into an international company employing over 100 employees and providing service around the globe. Our plant is over 66 000 square feet and houses state-of-the-art machinery unique to our industry. We are best known for manufacturing quality conveyor parts such as idlers with patented polymer endcaps and pulleys with an industry leading rim thickness. We provide our products to many industries, including but not limited to:

To maintain and ensure our high business standard we host valuable training and enforce specific job preparation for our employees. We are a hands-on company that is always monitoring our staff in all departments, to ensure our high-quality standard is always maintained. In addition to our internal practices, we also hold many certifications that speak to our quality management and standards, these include the ISO 9001:2015, COR, and SKF Equipped certificates, which are renewed regularly. Once over, we are committed to always providing industry-leading products and services.
Luff Industries’ in-house engineering group is prepared to support any revisions and/or design necessities to our customers to guarantee longer life and optimal performance on all Luff products. Luff works with its clients to design unique idlers for custom conveyor systems and employs state-of-the-art software which designs engineered class pulleys, guaranteeing that the pulley is properly sized for specific application. We also provide a pulley refurbishment program for customers who are looking to repair or restore damaged and/or worn out pulleys. This is a more cost-effective option for our customers as opposed to full replacement.
Finally, as a commitment to our product, we offer a twenty-four-month warranty or 2,000 hours of operation (whichever may occur first) to all customers. Our warranty ensures that our products are free of default both in the material and workmanship of the product. If defect or default does occur we will correct, repair and/or replace your product.
