Luff’s Belt Brush Cleaner Unit is available in a variety of sizes to accommodate any belt cleaning application. Cleaning the conveyor belt reduces wear on the belt and return rolls, extending the life of the entire conveyor system.

Luff’s Belt Brush Cleaning unit is available in a variety of sizes to accommodate any belt cleaning application required. The brush cleans the conveyor gelt reducing buildup and wear on the belt and return rollers, extending the life of the conveyor system and improving belt tracking. Take-up style rod assembly provides easy brush adjustment, and hanger brackets mount directly on the conveyor frame for easy installation.

Driven by its own electric motor, the brush turns opposite to the direction of the belt travel and can be adjusted independently of the belt speed (brush speed should be 2-3 times faster than belt speed). Supplied with standard 10-inch diameter brush with 3-inch, 0.40 nylon bristles. Other brush diameters, bristle material and lengths available upon request.

Luff Industries Ltd. warrants that the products it manufactures are free from defects in material and workmanship, when used under normal operating conditions. The duration of this warranty is 24 months from the date of delivery, or 2,000 hours of operation, whichever occurs first.

If a defect is found to arise from manufacturing, the customer must notify Luff Industries Ltd. in writing, within 30 days from the date of failure before proceeding with repairs or returning the product. Luff Industries Ltd. will correct any defect in materials or workmanship by repair or replacement of the defective product. Luff Industries Ltd. shall not be responsible, under any circumstances, for more than the cost of repair or replacement of the defective product. Non-compliance of the above conditions can void the warranty and Luff Industries Ltd. will not be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing the product.
